Cancellations

Our classes often sell out and seating is limited. For this reason, we ask that you notify us at least 72 hours before your scheduled class if you need to cancel. This allows us to offer your spot to another student.

• We do not offer refunds.

• With 72+ hours’ notice, your payment can be applied as a credit toward another class (pending availability).

• With less than 72 hours’ notice, payments are non-transferable and will be forfeited.

Breakages

Class fees cover clay, tools, instruction, and studio resources—you are paying for the experience of learning, not a guaranteed finished product. We cannot offer refunds for pieces that crack, break, or do not survive the firing process.

Due to limited storage space, finished work will be held on our shelves for 2 months. After that, pieces may be boxed and donated for others to glaze.

Class Policies – Multi -Week Courses

• Refunds & Credits: We do not offer refunds on 6-week classes once the class has started

• Transfers: If you contact us 72 hours or more before the start date, we’re happy to transfer your enrollment to another class (space permitting).

• After Classes Begin: Once a 6-week course has started, no refunds, credits, or transfers are available. These courses often sell out, and your enrollment secures a spot that could have gone to another student.
